I have been hearing a lot of amazing reviews/ blog posts about Samantha Chapman's Real Techniques brushes for a very long time now and since I was in the hunt for some new brushes I have decided to give this brand a try.
Actually, there's no need to introduce this brand of brush anymore as it is very famous but for the benefit of those who are living under the rock and does have no idea regarding RT Brushes. . . Real Techniques is a brush lines designed by pro makeup artist Samantha Chapman, a makeup artist, vlogger (pixiwoo!), blogger, beauty bootcamp instructor, mom, and the list goes on and on and on (I guess?).
The Real techniques Blush Brush (Php 549 / approx. $13.00) comes in nicely secured transparent packaging so even without opening, you can already see how the brush looks like.
The style of the brush is really chic! The middle part of the brush has a metallic pink handle which I so love and black matte rubberized end perfect for handling. It also can stand on it's own. How cool is that?!
The bristles are synthetic and made of synthetic taklon and are 100% cruelty free. Some people might find this brush too big but for me I actually find its size great. It also pick up just the right amount of blush I'll be needing unlike the other brushes out there that I have used which picks up waaaay to much blusher. Although this is designed for blushers, this brush is actually also ideal for application of loose/pressed powders and bronzers because of it's size.
Another thing I really liked about this brush is that it does not shed and the shape is still the same even after it is washed. Overall I am really pleased with this brush. It is really worth every penny. If you are planning of investing for a new blush brush then this Real techniques by Samantha Chapman Blush Brush is something that you should consider.
Anyway, I know that some of you might ask where I bought this. I got mine on Kalm Cosmetics an online store which is said to be the authorized retailer of Real Techniques as well as Ecotools, Skindinavia, Makeup Geek in the Philippines.
Do you use Real Techniques brushes? Have you tried this blush brush? What has your experience with it been like?
