Gaaaaaahd! It's been ages since the last time I posted a product review here on the blog and to be honest, I really missed it. Thought taking photos and writing my thoughts regarding a certain product can be a tad bit tiring I still really enjoy it — especially when I know that my readers are gonna be able to know some of the pros and cons of the product. Anyway, in this post I am sharing my thoughts about the Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in 001 Pink Truffle which I was fortunate enough to receive for trial and review purposes a few weeks ago.
Get kissible with Revlon's Colorburst Lip Butter. The hydrating mash-up of mango, shea and coconut butters boosts lip moisture by 156%, and the pampering gel formula glides on lips buttery smooth. What I Like
• The packaging is really nice and sturdy.
• Very moisturizing and comfortable to wear.
• It doesn't made my lips dry and flaky.
• The pigmentation is really good. (it appears a bit dark on the photo but once applied the color actually looks very sheer and natural)
• Smells really amazing! Just like all of the other Revlon lipsticks I've tried before.
What I Don't Like
• Slips off too easily. You always have to reapply after drinking and/or eating.
• The opacity might be too sheer for some.
• A bit expensive considering the amount of product in the packaging.
Overall, I would totally recommend this. If you are looking for a lip product that's perfect for when you're going at school or just when you are in the house and want something that has the power to make your lips moisturized while at the same time giving your lips a very natural looking color — try to consider getting this one. Though it is a bit pricey considering that it is just a lip butter I can still say that this is worth every single penny since the color and treatment that it'll give to your lips is really great!
