Magically transform lashes to lush, long and lustrous. A potion with strengthening proteins drenches lashes for volume. Triple-groove wand combs through for clump-free length. - via REVLON.COM

THE PACKAGING:
Being a sucker for nicely packed cosmetics (and other stuff), the packaging of this mascara really caught my attention. I found the box and tube packaging of this one nice and chic (though the design of the tube is only made of sticker). I love the metallic finish especially on the cap part but it would have been better I guess if the design itself is printed on its tube. The mascara tube itself holds a 0.34fl oz. of product.
The wand of the mascara is quite big if going to be compared with the other mascara that I am using. It's wand called "The Illusionist Wand" comes with a varying levels of bristles which helps the product to comb through each lash. At first I thought that the application is going to be quite messy because of it size but I was wrong, it even made the application and the separation of the lashes a lot easier.
THE FORMULA:
The consistency of the product isn't too thick that's why it's easy to apply and build and once it dries the lashes still feels soft and feather-light. The ones I have is in waterproof that's why I am already aware that I am not going to have that much issues once applied onto the lashes. It doesn't smudge, flake or transfer one bit and lasted nicely throughout the whole day and you only need one to two coats to achieve the desired natural looking volume and length. This product indeed deliver what it claims.
THE SCENT:
The mascara doesn't have that much of a scent which is not a big deal for me.
THE VERDICT:
Overall, I really liked Revlon Lash Potion Mascara and for me, I think that this is really a great purchase and perfect for everyday use especially to those who likes adding extra volume and length to their lashes but still keeping it look very natural. Again, as I've said earlier this product doesn't smudge, flake or transfer one bit which is a very huge plus for me.

I picked this up when I was in the US last year and I'm undecided about it. I love how it looks but just trying to work out if it has too much drop down (if that's the right term!).

I have yet to find the perfect mascara, and I've tried a lot of brands, including Loreal, Chanel, Dior, Estee Lauder... no luck. From the review it seems that this one might be worth a try.

I also reviewed it on my blog a while ago and I am still on a fance with it. I love the packaging and when it dried a little bit, the formula has improved but recently it totally smudged all over my eyes, so it's not gonna score the best score with me in the end. ;)
