ReplyDeleteI love avocado but I heard it makes you gain weight!!! No thanks haha
ReplyDeletehttp:///adornedinarmor.com
Any food can make you gain weight if you eat too much of it. Avocado is super good for you and the fat in it can keep you full for longer than high-carb low-fat foods can. I've been eating one avocado a day as part of my diet plan and I've lost weight.
Deletegreat advices!!
